Why have I received more/less packs than I have sent?
The algorithm for selecting addresses is complex. There are instances when your address will be selected more or less often than you expect. Since it can also take some time for packs to arrive please have patient, your sent/received numbers will even out soon.
What is a personal rating?
A personal rating is a reflection of your feeling about the pack you received. The rating is used to be better able to match senders and receivers. The sender cannot see your rating of their pack.
How much does sending packs cost?
This depends on where you need to send your pack Just make sure you put enough stamps on you package since it's not nice for the receiver to have to pay extra. It's best to weigh a pack and find out the exact cost.
What is a Pack Identifier?
Pack Identifiers are codes (e.g. NL-FR-21) the website creates once you request an address. The receiver uses the Pack Identifier to register packs on the website. Each pack that you send or receive should contain a Pack Identifier.
What is a pack?
A pack is a set of 15 cards out of your own collection. It's a personalised booster pack based on the member's profile.
How many and which cards do I send?
You are completely free to send any cards you want. If somebody has filled out their profile and wishlist consider choosing cards you think they will like. If you're confronted with a empty profile choose whatever you feel like sending. A personalised booster pack contains 15 cards like a standard booster.
